Instructions for the consultation
At every consultation, I ask if you've brought a photo or object. I never know why someone comes, and when I'm connecting with a deceased person or animal, a photo or object is often used. If you haven't brought one, I'll continue with what I can see in you.
I write and draw during every consultation and you will always receive these notes afterwards.
The consultation may also be recorded by telephone or by designated recording equipment.
I would like to have no information about you or the deceased person/animal before the consultation.
That's why I also ask that photos from video consultations be sent to the chat during or just before the consultation. This way, I can give the most honest answer.
If you don't quite follow me, please let me know.
For video consultations and group sessions, I always ask for payment in advance via a payment link.
After the consultation, it's not helpful for me to revisit this. I can't review things again because first impressions are always the best. That's why I always ask for a few months between subsequent consultations. Otherwise, I can't give you any new information, and it's just confusing.
What I expect from you is an open attitude and respect.
Please don't talk over me, as that can cause me to lose my flow of thoughts. I always tell people it's best to let me talk for half an hour first, and then they can ask questions.
There's no point in arguing with me. It only wastes your time.
If you cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance on a business day (Monday through Friday). Within 48 hours, I will send an invoice for the appointment for which a spot has been reserved and preparations have been made. For advance payments, I do not refund money within 48 hours. Therefore, please cancel in a timely manner.
